Why am I paying for shipping?
We want to offer the best possible margins to our vendors. By paying for shipping, you ensure costs to vendors remain predictable and help us ensure that small business owners receive their best margins. We never hide shipping fees within the retail price of products and offer free delivery at $125 or over.
With the changing circumstances from gas prices to insurance costs we try to be as stable and transparent as we can with our shipping fees.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada. Depending on your location, shipping rates may differ and are based on Canada Post and Fed-Ex shipping rates.
What are your shipping rates?
Our local delivery rates depend on postal code and location relative to the Anthony Henday. Our local rates are based on our partnerships with local couriers.
Within Anthony Henday $8.00 + GST
Outside of Anthony Henday $10.00 + GST
St.Albert/Sherwood Park $11.00 + GST
The rest of Alberta and Canada - determined upon check-out and is based on weight.
Postage - if you purchase items that we can ship via regular postage such as greetings cards, we will refund your shipping fee minus the postage fee.
