Campanelle Pasta

This beautiful flower shaped pasta is fantastic tossed with pesto and fresh veggies! We make our pasta in small batches using time honoured techniques - Bronze dies to create a pasta with a rough surface texture and then slow drying it to preserve the wheat flavour.
