   Cherry Chérie Cocktail Cherries are made with cherries from Steve and Dan’s BC orchard and are infused with gin, cherry bark, and aromatic spices for a tart, herbal, and slightly tannic flavor. Perfect for cocktails, banana splits, or enjoying straight from the jar! Pro tip: Use the syrup in your cocktails too!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

In Canada, many of the farmers who understand terroir are often stalled at the processing level, a weak link in our food system. At Lessig Ferments, our goal is to bridge that gap by translating the bounty of our short growing season into artisan products via fermentation and preservation.
