Dehydrated Sourdough Starter: Sourdough Starter made easy. You can now get a Better Basics Sourdough Starter near and far! This is essentially a dry version of the bubbly sourdough starters we have all become accustomed to. Our dehydrated sourdough starters are made from our Organic Better Bread Flour. We take the live active sourdough starter and slowly dehydrate to create these off white granules that can easily be reactivated within a couple days, with a little flour and water.
